Booking, Reservation, and Accommodation Policy

Welcome to Calaguas White Sand Resort! We're delighted that you're considering staying with us for an unforgettable island getaway. To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience, please review our booking, reservation, and accommodation policies outlined below:

1. Reservation Process:

Once you've received the final quotation from our team, we'll hold your booking for a 24-hour period. Failure to make payment within this grace period will result in the release of the booking, and the rooms on the quotation will no longer be guaranteed.

To secure your reservation, a non-refundable down payment of 50% must be transferred to the designated owner's account of Calaguas White Sand Resort. Full payment is required one week prior to your reserved date, failing which, your reservation will be deemed null and void.

Reservation/Booking confirmation will be provided upon receipt of proof of transfer transaction via email or our official Facebook accounts. You will receive an email containing the contract and confirmation details. Official receipts will be issued upon request during your stay on the island upon check-out.

2. Cancellation and Rebooking Policy:

Cancellations must be made at least 5 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Any cancellations outside this window will incur a penalty fee equivalent to 50% of the total amount.

Management reserves the right to cancel reservations in the event of adverse weather conditions. However, reservations can be rebooked at no additional cost within a period of 4 months, subject to accommodation availability. In the case of cancellation due to weather conditions, a refund may be provided. Please note that processing refund requests may take between 6 to 10 working days, and the total bill will be deducted to cover all banking costs.

3. Boat Transfer Policy:

Our boat departs at specific times. Guests are granted a 30-minute grace period for waiting. In the event of a no-show or failure to advise us of any delays, the boat will depart as scheduled, and payments will not be refunded. Guests will be responsible for rebooking the boat transfer to the island.

4. Resort Energy Conservation Policy

We are committed to reducing our carbon footprint and conserving energy for a sustainable future. The resort generators will be operational from 7:00 pm until 6:00 am. During this time, they will provide power for lighting and air conditioning systems across the resort premises. e kindly request all guests and staff to help conserve energy by turning off lights and air conditioning units when they are not in use. This simple action significantly contributes to reducing energy consumption and promoting environmental sustainability.

We are committed to continually evaluating and improving our energy conservation efforts to minimize our environmental impact.

By proceeding with your reservation at Calaguas White Sand Resort, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the aforementioned policies. We strive to provide you with a memorable and enjoyable stay, and we appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines.

  • Pet Size and Breed Restrictions: Only small to medium-sized pets (up to 20 kilograms) are allowed in the pet-friendly cottages. Aggressive breeds or pets exceeding the weight limit will not be accommodated.

  • Pet Health and Vaccination Requirements: All pets must be up-to-date with vaccinations, including rabies. Guests must provide a copy of their pet's vaccination records upon check-in.

  • Pet Supervision: Pets must be supervised at all times by their owners. Pets left unattended in the cottages must be crated.

  • Leash Policy: Pets must be leashed when in public areas of the resort.

  • Pet Waste Management: Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Designated pet waste disposal bins will be available in your room, and you will be responsible for offloading your pet's waste off the island.

  • Noise and Disturbance: Owners must ensure that their pets do not create excessive noise or disturbance that may disrupt other guests' stay.

  • Damage Liability: Owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets to the resort property or accommodations. A refundable security deposit of PHP 1,000 will be collected upon check-in and returned upon inspection during check-out, minus any damages incurred.
