Follow these simple steps to lock in your elite island experience at a preferred price. 1. Eligibility & Booking Period Advance Booking: Reservations must be made at least 60 days (2 months) prior to your intended check-in date. Stay Dates: Valid for all stays during the current peak season (subject to availability). Minimum Pax: A minimum of 2 guests is required to avail of the "Per Head" promo rates. 2. Exclusive Promo Inclusions Every Early Bird booking is a full-service, all-inclusive experience: Refreshed Accommodations: Your choice of Sunset Deck Deluxe, Premium AC, or Non-AC Cabanas. Full-Board Dining: Gourmet Buffet Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. Seamless Connectivity: Unlimited Resort Internet Access throughout your stay. Logistics & Transfers: Roundtrip boat transfers, port fees, and environmental charges included. 3. Reservation & Payment Terms Downpayment: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required within 48 hours of receiving your booking invoice to lock in the Early Bird rate. Balance: The remaining 50% must be settled at least 15 days before the check-in date. Payment Channels: Payments are securely processed via DragonPay (E-wallets, Online Banking, or Over-the-Counter). 4. Rebooking & Cancellation Policy Non-Refundable: Due to the deeply discounted nature of this promo, deposits are non-refundable. Rebooking: One (1) free rebooking is allowed if requested at least 30 days before the original stay date, subject to room availability and potential seasonal rate differences. Weather Policy: In the event of coast guard cancellations due to weather, guests may rebook for any available date within 6 months at no extra cost. 5.
