Eligibility & Priority

Swimmer Priority: Booking is strictly reserved for Registered Participants of the Dream Swim Calaguas event.

The "Plus" Policy: Each registered swimmer may book a maximum of one (1) unit (Tent, Cabana, or Room) for themselves and their immediate group (friends/family) at the discounted rate.

Proof of Entry: To avail of the Dream Swim Rate, a screenshot of the Race Registration Confirmation or Payment Receipt must be presented at the time of inquiry.
Booking Process

Phase 1 (Priority Window): From May 21st to June 27th bookings are open only to registered swimmers.

Phase 2 (General Opening): If rooms remain, they will be opened to the general public at Regular Rates starting June 28th.
Payment & Cancellation

Full Pre-payment: To secure the event rate, a 50% (or 100%) down payment is required within 48 hours of reservation.

Transferability: If a swimmer can no longer attend, the room may be transferred to another registered participant only.
